With the DD report availably at the time of pitching the normal DD Vote turned straight away into an Investment Vote. For LP2 a simple majority out of 32 LPs is required. The vote closed with 23 YES of 28 votes.
James Hoseason and Chris Chandler are co-champions. James joins as exec director and Josh Comrie has put his hands up to be investor rep.
This $1M round is already 91.5% full from FKA commitments, the last $85k will be taken by James and Chris unless taken up by Wed, 7 June 2017.
